im-pa-vid

Adj. — fearless, undaunted

Origin — From Latin impavidus; im (“not”) + pavidus (“fearful”)

Impavid was founded to help organizations that are courageously pursuing their mission — including but not limited to non-profits, creative industries, and start-ups. We operate from a very simple value proposition: Leaders not only have the opportunity to enrich the lives of the people they lead, they have a responsibility to do so. Achieving organizational objectives and enriching the lives of organizational members are not mutually exclusive goals but rather complementary one. We serve clients — from two-person start-ups to Fortune 100 companies — with the express purpose of building prosocial leadership capabilities, enhancing organizational culture, and improving organizational results.
