About Daniel LeBreton, Ph.D
A speaker, coach, consultant, and psychologist, Daniel LeBreton, founded Impavid Consulting to help organizations build and sustain vibrant and fulfilling work environments that attract, energize, and retain talented people -- specifically by helping founders, executives, and managers develop the leadership practices that dignify work, engage people, and inspire excellence.
Over the past 12 years, Daniel has worked with hundreds of executives and managers in organizations ranging from small non-profits to Fortune 100 companies. He utilizes the best of organizational psychology and social science and grounds Impavid's work in the belief that all organizations can and should make work a dignifying and life-enriching experiences for employees.
Daniel has a B.S. in Psychology from Illinois State University as well as a M.S. and Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Virginia Tech. He is a licensed psychologist in the State of Georgia and serves as an adjunct instructor at Belmont University in the Massey Graduate School of Business and at Vanderbilt University in the world-renowned Peabody School of Education.
