About Daniel LeBreton

Daniel LeBreton is the founder of Impavid Consulting. He is a leadership consultant, executive coach, and organizational psychologist with more than two decades of experience helping leaders, teams, and organizations increase their effectiveness.

Daniel has worked with organizations ranging from Fortune 100 companies to founder-led businesses, family-owned enterprises, and nonprofit organizations. Across these settings, his work has focused on helping leaders navigate growth, complexity, transition, and change.

His approach combines the discipline of a PhD in organizational psychology with practical experience in leadership assessment, executive coaching, leadership team effectiveness, and cohort-based leadership development. He helps leaders understand themselves more clearly, strengthen their impact on others, and build the capabilities needed to lead in increasingly complex environments.

Daniel’s work is also informed by his experience teaching and facilitating leadership development in university settings, including Vanderbilt University and Belmont University.
